Newly founded and born of a dissatisfaction with the generalist approach of the recruitment industry in sourcing technical talent. Our goal is to partner with Irish and UK based technology companies to scale and transform their businesses with entrepreneurial talent.

We build large, bespoke teams at pace to make any project or programme work. We have access to a wide network of both passive and active Technical Talent provided across an interim, contract and permanent basis. We source top-level CTOs, Development Managers, Directors of Software Engineering and IT Directors and the teams that sit within them.
Prior to founding Michael Frank, Melissa spent 5 years in London’s technical hub working with an award winning digital technology Recruitment Company where she built the Software Development team from scratch.
Working in a candidate driven market, she successfully delivered niche IT specific roles into London’s top tech companies.
Clients have ranged from digital and ecommerce (Apple, Expedia) to challenger banks(Tandem), insurance(XL) and fintech(Market Invoice), to media(ITV), gaming (Betfair) and retail(John Lewis), right through to professional and financial services(JLT, Hitachi).
Swapping the buzz of London for the West of Ireland, Melissa loves keeping active and supporting the GAA (#mayoforsam), after which she can be found refuelling in one of her favourite Galway haunts.
